Billet Pro Shop Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Applies To: All authorized dealers, distributors, and resellers of Billet Pro Shop products.

1. Purpose

This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the Billet Pro Shop brand, ensure fair competition among our dealers, and maintain the perceived value of our products in the marketplace.

We take pride in our “Made in Canada” performance parts, and consistent advertised pricing helps support both our dealers and the long-term strength of our brand.

2. Definition of MAP

• The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is the lowest price at which any Billet Pro Shop product may be advertised or publicly displayed.

• “Advertised” includes all public media — online listings, social media, websites, print ads, emails, or any other method visible to the public.

• Dealers may sell products below MAP in-store or directly to customers, but may not advertise those lower prices publicly.

3. MAP Price List

• Billet Pro Shop maintains a current MAP price list, which matches our retail pricing shown on billetproshop.com.

• Dealers are responsible for keeping up to date with any changes. Updated MAP lists will be sent electronically or posted in the dealer portal.

4. Online and Digital Advertising

• Dealers may not show pricing below MAP on any online platform, including their own website, marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.), or paid ads.

• “Add to cart to see price,” “call for pricing,” or similar methods to hide pricing below MAP are not allowed.

• Coupons, automatic discounts, or bundle pricing that effectively reduce the product price below MAP are prohibited unless approved in writing by Billet Pro Shop.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

1. A written warning for the first offense.

2. Suspension of dealer status for repeated offenses.

3. Termination of dealership or distribution privileges for continued non-compliance.

Billet Pro Shop reserves the right to determine whether an advertisement violates this policy.

6. Exceptions

• Authorized promotions or limited-time sales approved by Billet Pro Shop in writing are permitted.

• Billet Pro Shop reserves the right to adjust MAP pricing and promotional guidelines at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Dealer Acknowledgment

All authorized dealers and resellers must acknowledge this policy as a condition of maintaining active dealer status.

By advertising or selling Billet Pro Shop products, the dealer agrees to comply with this MAP Policy and any future updates.
