Proceedings may be conducted in English or French at your choice.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

11. Motorsport Use and Product Risk Acknowledgment

All performance products manufactured or supplied by Billet Pro Shop are intended for off road competition use only and are not designed manufactured tested or approved for use on public roads highways or other public access areas.

The purchaser acknowledges that motorsport competition and the installation of performance components may increase stress on engine drivetrain suspension braking and other vehicle systems which may result in mechanical failure loss of vehicle control property damage serious injury or death.

By purchasing installing or using any product supplied by Billet Pro Shop the purchaser and or installer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the installation use and operation of such products.

Billet Pro Shop makes no representation that any product is suitable for street use daily driving or compliance with any emissions safety or transportation regulations.

All products must be installed by a qualified professional motorsport technician. Improper installation incorrect torque procedures insufficient lubrication improper calibration or use in combination with incompatible components may result in catastrophic failure of engine or vehicle systems.

Billet Pro Shop shall not be held responsible for any damage to engines drivetrains vehicles or any other property resulting from misuse improper installation incorrect calibration or use of any product in a manner inconsistent with its intended motorsport competition purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Billet Pro Shop disclaims all legal warranties including but not limited to the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of durability in relation to products intended for competition use.

The purchaser acknowledges that motorsport competition involves inherent risks and voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with the use of performance products.
