If you're deleting the 7.3 Godzilla oil cooler, this is the other half of the job.
The factory cooler is plumbed into the cooling system, so taking it off leaves an open coolant passage on the driver side of the block, above where the cooler sat. This fitting fills it.
People miss this one regularly and find out with the engine already in the car. If you're ordering the delete, order this with it — or take the delete and block-off kit (EN028-pkg) and get both in one go.
