BPS 2020+ Ford 7.3L Godzilla Oil Cooler Delete / Bypass
Racing Use Only, Not Legal for Road Use
This oil cooler delete is designed for the Ford 7.3L Godzilla engine when the factory oil cooler is removed to gain additional clearance. The bulky OEM cooler can interfere with headers, chassis components, and engine placement during swaps. This bypass replaces it with a compact, low profile solution that significantly improves space around the engine and simplifies overall packaging.
The housing is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum for precise fitment and long term durability. A hard black anodized finish provides excellent corrosion resistance and a clean, professional appearance. With an ultra low profile design measuring only 1 inch in total height, this bypass is ideal for tight engine bays where clearance is critical.
The kit includes stainless steel mounting hardware and a high quality O-ring to ensure proper sealing without additional sealants. A size 8 AN plug is also included for a clean and straightforward installation. This oil cooler bypass is commonly purchased with the matching coolant block off to further clean up the side of the engine and maximize available space on Ford 7.3L Godzilla engine swaps.
Features:
• CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum
• Hard black anodized finish
• Ultra low profile design 1 inch total height

BPS part number: EN028
The coolant side of the same job is the coolant block-off (EN031), which closes the coolant passages the factory cooler used. Both parts together are the oil cooler delete and coolant block-off kit (EN028-pkg). If you would rather keep oil cooling and move it out of the way instead, that is the oil cooler relocation adapter.
Deciding between deleting and relocating? See 7.3 Godzilla oil cooler: delete, relocate, or leave it alone. Everything else we machine for this engine is in Godzilla 7.3L.
