This bracket and pulley combo is necessary to clearance the Meziere Electric Water Pump part # WP345S. Without our idler pulley, the drive belt hits the water pump casing. Our kit adds an additional pulley to the front cover to move the belt away thus avoiding contact.

This kit is only needed once the mechanical pump is gone. Keeping it? The pulley that drives it is our GT500 water pump pulley, 278g against 696g factory. The rest of the belt drive is in BPS engine pulleys.
