BPS Lightweight Pulley Package (2007-2014 GT500)

A complete replacement for every idler on a 2007-2014 GT500 accessory and blower drive, plus the water pump pulley, supplied as one kit with the bolts and bearing caps. Buying them individually as they fail costs more and leaves you with a mixed set.

All pulleys are hard black anodized and come with premium bearings already pressed in, so nothing needs to go to a press before it goes on the car.

What is in the kit:

The 2011-2014 kit carries an extra accessory belt grooved idler — that is the difference between the two, and it is why the year has to be right when you order rather than something to sort out on the bench.

76mm or 90mm?

The 90mm idler gives a bit more belt wrap on the supercharger pulley. That is what you want once the blower pulley comes down and the belt has less to hold on to — more wrap, more grip, less chance of throwing or slipping a belt when the boost goes up.

Despite being the larger pulley it still saves weight over the part it replaces: 296g against Ford's 442g. If the car is on a stock or near-stock blower pulley, the OE 76mm size is fine and there is nothing to gain.

Installation note: fit the pulleys with the retaining clip facing the front of the car.
