Our billet aluminum inserts for 1993 to 2014 4.6 and 5.4 engines are a simple way to clean up and dress up your engine bay. These inserts replace the factory pieces and add a more refined look without changing fitment or function.
Each insert is CNC machined from billet aluminum to ensure consistent sizing and long term durability. The black anodized finish provides excellent corrosion resistance while giving the engine a clean and uniform appearance. This makes them a great option for street cars, show cars, or race builds that need a finished look.
New seals are included to ensure proper sealing during installation. This helps prevent leaks and eliminates the need to reuse old or worn seals. Stainless steel cap screws are also included, offering improved corrosion resistance and a clean appearance once installed.
These inserts are designed to install easily using basic hand tools. No modifications are required. They are an ideal add on when refreshing an engine, completing a rebuild, or upgrading the overall appearance of your 4.6 or 5.4 application.
