Our CNC machined billet rear main seal covers are designed to replace the factory stamped cover with a stronger, more precise solution for high performance engines. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the billet construction adds rigidity to the rear of the block, helping maintain proper sealing under high load, high RPM, and extreme horsepower conditions. This makes it an ideal upgrade for boosted, nitrous, and competition based builds where reliability is critical.
Each kit includes all required components for installation, including an OE crankshaft seal, a high temperature O-ring, and stainless steel hardware. The O-ring material is resistant to methanol and ethanol fuels, eliminating the need for silicone sealant and reducing the risk of leaks caused by improper sealing practices. The billet design also improves durability and sealing consistency through repeated heat cycles.
Compatibility covers both sensor styles. Two wire VR applications include 2011-2017 GT, 2015-2020 GT350, and 2020-2022 GT500. Three wire Hall effect applications include 2018-2023 GT. Built for clean installation and long term performance.
