BPS Backpressure Dampening Canister

BPS Surge Dampeners are designed to protect sensitive pressure sensors from premature failure caused by pressure spikes, excessive heat, and moisture exposure. Rapid pressure changes and harsh environments can lead to inaccurate readings, signal instability, or complete sensor failure. These dampeners help smooth pressure fluctuations while allowing the sensor to be mounted away from direct heat or moisture sources, improving reliability and extending sensor life.

Each unit is CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in a black anodized coating for long term durability and corrosion resistance. A stainless steel mounting bracket and stainless hardware are included to ensure a secure and clean installation. The use of standard one eighth NPT inlet and outlet ports makes integration simple with existing pressure systems and sensors.
