BPS Coyote Billet Rear Main Seal Cover (Gen 1,2,3 & 4)

Our CNC machined billet rear main seal covers are designed to replace the factory cast cover with a stronger, more precise solution for high performance engines. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the billet construction adds rigidity to the rear of the block, helping maintain proper sealing under high load, high RPM, and extreme horsepower conditions. This makes it an ideal upgrade for boosted, nitrous, and competition based builds where reliability is critical.

Each kit includes all required components for installation, including an OE crankshaft seal, a high temperature O-ring, and stainless steel hardware. The O-ring material is resistant to methanol and ethanol fuels, eliminating the need for silicone sealant and reducing the risk of leaks caused by improper sealing practices. The billet design also improves durability and sealing consistency through repeated heat cycles.

Compatibility covers both sensor styles.

Order against the crank sensor and reluctor the engine actually has, not the year on the registration — on a swap or a used long block those are often not the same answer. If the same build is moving to a standalone ECU, the cam sensor ports that go unused get cam sensor block-offs (EN007), and the sensor that stays is our Coyote cam sensor. The rest of the block hardware we machine is in Coyote engine parts.
