BPS 2011+ Coyote Secondary Chain Guides
Racing Use Only, Not Legal for Road Use
Billet Pro Shop secondary guides are the solution for engines that run locked out cams; especially those with increased valve spring pressure and load. This excess stress on the factory guides will eat through the factory plastic and eventually cause a chain and engine failure.
Our guides are made from a proprietary plastic resin that is specifically designed to withstand the harsh conditions found in high performance engines. These guides are lubricated through the factory oiling holes to minimize wear and provide reliable operation. They are suitable for all fuel types including ethanol and methanol.
Unlike other options available, our guides will not wear the secondary chains yet will provide the longevity you’d expect out of your secondary chain guides.
Tested in multiple 2000+HP cars where factory guides would last 10 runs. BPS guides have lasted all season with no failure.
Features:
- CNC machined proprietary plastic resin
- Wear and heat resistant
- Low friction
- Direct replacement

BPS part number: EN045
Guides and chains wear as a set. If the engine has been running locked cams and heavy springs, put heavy duty secondary chains (EN015) in with them — thicker inner and outer plates and a thicker pin than factory, and it is the same teardown. The two together are the secondary timing kit. On 2011-2017 the tensioner flip bracket (EN043) corrects the direction the factory tensioner loads the driver side chain, and with the front cover already off the primary chain arms (EN047) are worth looking at.
