BPS Fuel Rails 2011-2025 Mustang Coyote
Racing Use Only, Not Legal for Road Use
Factory fuel rails are built for factory power. Once you start pushing real boost or nitrous through a Coyote, restrictive OE rails become the bottleneck. BPS Fuel Rails are one piece billet units machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with an 11/16 inch high flow bore, built to feed the engine consistently as the power climbs.
They fit any 5.0L Coyote application, including 2018 and newer direct injection engines, and an optional plumbing kit lets you install them onto the OE returnless fuel system without reworking your fuel setup. Each rail includes 1/8 inch ports for a remote fuel pressure sending unit or gauge, and to feed a nitrous injection system straight off the rail.
Features:
- One piece precision machined billet 6061-T6 aluminum
- High flow 11/16 inch bore
- 1/8 inch ports for fuel pressure sensor, gauge, or nitrous supply
- Optional plumbing kit for OE returnless fuel system installation
- Machined in house at Billet Pro Shop, Napierville, Quebec
Fitment and part numbers:
| Application | Rails only | With plumbing kit |
|---|---|---|
| 2011-2017 Coyote 5.0L | F002-1117 | F002-1117plumbingkit |
| 2018-2025 Coyote 5.0L, including Darkhorse | F002-1821 | F002-1821plumbingkit |
| 2015-2019 Voodoo 5.2L (GT350) | F002-15GT350 | F002-1519GT350plumbingkit |
The plumbing kit is what lets these run on the factory returnless system. If you are already running an aftermarket regulator and return line, order the rails on their own. The plumbing kit is also sold separately under part number F003.
On a 2018 and newer direct injection engine two small fittings usually come up with these rails: the 1/8 NPT to M10x1 adapter (F005) to run the factory fuel rail pressure sensor on an aftermarket rail, and the 1/8 NPT to 3/8 inch adapter (F006) for the direct injection feed hose. If the DI pump is coming out altogether, that opening is closed by the direct injection pump block off.
Building a GT500 or a 7.3 Godzilla? We machine rails for those as well: F001 for the 2007-2014 GT500 and F007 for the 2020 and newer 7.3L Godzilla.
