BPS High Flow Dual Solenoid Boost Controller Valve
Racing Use Only, Not Legal for Road Use
The BPS High Flow Dual Solenoid Boost Controller is a CO2 boost controller for racers running CO2 or onboard air. Two high flow solenoids come installed in a black anodized billet manifold, so dome pressure follows what the ECU asks for instead of lagging behind it. Mounting provisions are built into the manifold and a weld on bracket is included, so it goes on the car without fabricating a mount for it.
Key Features:
- Black Anodized Billet Aluminum Manifold: Durable and lightweight design
- Pre-Installed Dual Solenoids: High-flow solenoids for precise boost control
- 1/8” NPT Push-Lock Fittings (1/4" hose): Includes two fittings for easy and reliable plumbing
Solenoid response is not a fixed number, it moves with supply voltage. That matters on a run, because voltage sags under load and a slower solenoid means dome pressure arrives late. Here is what ours actually measures across the range.

BPS part numbers: U019-TAB, U019
What feeds it: a 2.5lb CO2 bottle and dual gauge regulator, available with single or dual wastegate line kits. Spare solenoids are sold on their own — replacement solenoid (U019-S).
The dome sensor reading this system is what fails first at high boost, usually high, which tells the ECU to vent and cut CO2. Put a surge dampener (U015) in front of it — we have the datalog in sensor protection 101. Controller, dampener and CO2 together are the BPS boost control kit.
On the plumbing side, our 316 stainless wastegate merges fit 2.5 inch tubing with 45, 46 and 50mm flanges, and Turbosmart hardware is in wastegates. How we run hot side and cold side together on our own car: hot-side and cold-side boost control.
