Billet Fuel Rails & Fuel System Components

Billet Pro Shop machines fuel rails for three Ford platforms: the 5.0L Coyote and 5.2L Voodoo, the 5.4L and 5.8L Shelby GT500, and the 7.3L Godzilla. All of them are one piece billet 6061-T6 aluminum, cut in house in Napierville, Quebec.

Factory rails are sized for factory fuelling. They become the restriction long before the injectors do once you add boost, nitrous or a big shot of ethanol. BPS rails run an 11/16 inch high flow bore and carry 1/8 inch NPT ports so you can run a remote fuel pressure sending unit, a mechanical gauge, or a nitrous feed straight off the rail without drilling anything.

What is in this collection:

• F002 - Coyote rails, 2011-2017, 2018-2025 including Darkhorse, and 2015-2019 Voodoo
• F001 - Shelby GT500 rails, 2007-2014
• F007 - 7.3L Godzilla rails, 2020 and newer
• F003 - fuel line adapter and plumbing kit, so the rails run on the OE returnless system
• F004 - 180 degree fuel line adapter, 8AN ORB to 3/8 inch
• 1/8 inch NPT sensor fittings, including NPT to M10x1 for factory pressure sensors

Two things worth knowing before you order. If you are staying on the factory returnless fuel system, you want the plumbing kit with the rails, not the rails on their own. And if you are already running an aftermarket regulator with a return line, order the rails by themselves and use your existing plumbing.
