This Whipple Gen 4 W175ax 2.9L twin-screw supercharger system is purpose-built for the 2010-2014 Ford F-150 Raptor 6.2L, delivering a meaningful power increase over the factory Raptor 6.2L output using the GT500-spec twin 60mm throttle body and 47 lb/hr injectors — Whipple does not publish a specific peak-HP figure for this kit. Every system is engineered, machined, and assembled in-house at Whipple's Fresno, California headquarters as a complete, matched package — not an assortment of parts pieced together.
This Stage 1 system uses the Gen 4 W175ax 2.9L front-feed twin-screw supercharger, rated at 99% volumetric efficiency, paired with a GT500-spec twin 60mm throttle body. A massive oversized air-to-water intercooler and a unique intercooled bypass system keep parasitic loss under 1 HP while cruising. 47 lb/hr injectors and a 3.50" supercharger pulley support the added airflow.
An included SCT X4 flash tool handles calibration.
