This Whipple Gen 4 W175ax 2.9L twin-screw supercharger system is purpose-built for the 2010-2014 Ford F-150 Raptor 6.2L, delivering a meaningful power increase over Stage 1 using the billet twin 68mm blade throttle body and 60 lb/hr injectors — Whipple does not publish a specific peak-HP figure for this kit. Every system is engineered, machined, and assembled in-house at Whipple's Fresno, California headquarters as a complete, matched package — not an assortment of parts pieced together.
Stage 2 steps up to a billet twin 68mm blade throttle body and a 3.25" pulley over Stage 1, plus an aluminum high-flow intake manifold. A heavy-duty heat exchanger with dual 11" SPAL fans provides substantially more cooling capacity for sustained high-boost use. 60 lb/hr injectors support the higher output.
An included SCT X4 flash tool handles calibration.
