2023-2026 Ford Raptor R 5.2L Whipple Gen 6 3.8L Supercharger Upgrade Kit

This Whipple Gen 6 W235ax 3.8L twin-screw supercharger system is purpose-built for the 2023-2026 Ford F-150 Raptor R 5.2L Predator, delivering up to 975 horsepower on 93-octane fuel with a completely stock engine and exhaust system (Whipple does not publish a torque figure for this kit). Every system is engineered, machined, and assembled in-house at Whipple's Fresno, California headquarters as a complete, matched package — not an assortment of parts pieced together.

This is a complete Gen 6 W235ax 3.8L twin-screw supercharger replacing the factory 2.65L roots unit on the Raptor R's supercharged 5.2L Predator V8 — about 43% more displacement — with a billet 132mm high-flow throttle body pre-set to work with the factory electronics. A patented dual-core, dual-pass intercooler with 1" inlet/outlet capacity manages the added heat load, fitting under the factory hood with no cutting or grinding and no internal engine modifications. Billet -8 fuel rail and 1/2" fuel line support the added output.

An included HP Tuners MPVI4 flash tool handles calibration; on 93-octane fuel with a completely stock engine and exhaust, the system delivers up to 975 horsepower. Whipple markets this as the first 50-state legal supercharger upgrade for the Raptor R platform.
